I have a Rechargeable wireless mouse (Uiosmuph) that won't connect to PC

Short summary:

  1. Ensure your computer has Bluetooth: Confirm that your Windows 10 computer has built-in Bluetooth capability or that you have a Bluetooth adapter connected to your computer. You can check this by going to the Start menu, typing "Bluetooth & other devices settings," and opening the corresponding system settings page. If Bluetooth is not listed or mentioned, you may need to acquire a Bluetooth adapter.
  2. Turn on your Bluetooth mouse: Make sure your Bluetooth mouse is powered on and in pairing mode. Consult the mouse's manual or manufacturer's instructions for the specific steps to enable pairing mode.
  3. Charge the mouse: If your mouse requires charging, connect it to a power outlet using the provided charging cable. Allow it to charge for 2-3 hours or until fully charged.
  4. Open the Bluetooth settings on your computer: Go to the Start menu, type "Bluetooth & other devices settings," and open the corresponding system settings page.
  5. Enable Bluetooth on your computer: If Bluetooth is turned off on your computer, toggle the Bluetooth switch to the "On" position.
  6. Click on "Add Bluetooth or another device": On the Bluetooth settings page, click on the "Add Bluetooth or another device" button. This will open the "Add a device" window.
  7. Make your mouse discoverable: Ensure that your mouse is in pairing mode and ready to be discovered by your computer. Some mice may have a specific button or sequence of buttons to enable discoverability.
  8. Select the Bluetooth mouse: In the "Add a device" window, click on the "Bluetooth" option. Windows will start searching for available Bluetooth devices.
  9. Pair the mouse with your computer: When your Bluetooth mouse appears in the list of available devices, click on it to select it, and then click on the "Connect" button. Windows will attempt to pair with the mouse.
  10. Follow any additional prompts: If prompted, follow any on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process. This may involve entering a passcode or confirming a pairing request on both the computer and the mouse.
  11. Test the connection: Once the pairing process is complete, test the connection by moving the mouse to see if the cursor moves on the screen. If the mouse is functioning correctly, it should now be connected to your Windows 10 computer via Bluetooth.
