I have a message on one of my devices, an old ipad pad which says my Apple ID and phone no are now being used a new iphone I have not recently signed in

  3. Follow the instructions and fill all the fields needed

I logged in to the link you provided but all I have a list of help options which will take me back to where I got started

Do you mean you already followed all the steps to protect your device from suspicious activity?
In the email you received, you have to click "It was not me"

no I'm asking how to do that, the message on the screen only tells me how to accept this new phone and I want to reject it

it's not an email it;s a notification and I can't do anything on the ipad if I don't press OK to accept

I could try turning it off and rebooting, I don't seem to be able to get passed the ok button

Ok, then try to do it, please, and secure your account by changing a password

  1. Go to iforgot.apple.com
  2. Enter your Apple ID.
  3. Select the option to reset your password, then choose Continue.
  4. Choose to answer your security questions, get an email, or enter your Recovery Key.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to reset your password.

I have restarted ipad and the message has disappeared an working as normal. I will reset to a new password. Thank you for your help
