Do you mean you already followed all the steps to protect your device from suspicious activity?
In the email you received, you have to click "It was not me"

no I'm asking how to do that, the message on the screen only tells me how to accept this new phone and I want to reject it

Customer Replay

Okay scroll down the email
And tell me all the text in that message please

it's not an email it;s a notification and I can't do anything on the ipad if I don't press OK to accept

Customer Replay

Okay, then just don't press that Ok please if this is an activity you don't recognize
Until you don't press OK you're secured
