I am unable to login into Office as my email address is not recognized. I have a lot of interaction with Microsoft support this week including today. I have had problems with Outlook

For how long do you have this issue and when did it first occur?

I have had emails today from support but tonight when I went to login into Office to see if there were updates .It did not recognize my email address I can give you a reference ***** from 12 Jan and more contact from toady as I had lost my address book

When I go to people on left side of outlook pane - it gives me add contact not group contact and chance of add member

Create a contact group
1. On the Navigation bar, choose People
2. Select Home > New Contact Group.
3. In the Contact Group box, type the name of the group.
4. Select Contact Group > Add Members. , and then select an option:
Select From Outlook Contacts.
Select From Address Book.
Select New E-mail Contact.
5. Add people from your address book or contacts list, and choose 0K.
6. Choose Save & Close.
