I can't log into any sights on phone and Google want to send me verification on old sim which is no longer in use

My my sim and phone is buried somewhere at a rubbish tip

No I have new phone & sim google want to send verification to my old phone via message I don't have it nor do I have my old number

Let's try to do the next thing:

  1. Go to the page https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery
  2. Enter the email, then click "Next".
  3. Instead of entering your password, click "Try another way"
  4. Enter the phone number.
  5. Choose the option "Send a code".
  6. If you don't have access to the phone number, please choose the option "Try another way" and follow the on-screen instructions.

I have done this 7 times I'm at my wits end

What happens, when you put the Try Another Way option?

They send another verification code via 365 number
We seem to be going round in circles just send me a code through email or call

As I know, after you put the try another way option after it is asking you to get a code on your old phone, it has another option to try out.
Can you, please, try to do that?

Now, choose the option to change your phone, that you need.

As far as I can see, you are using an Android phone.
So, click on the Set your Android phone  (option 1)

As far as I can see, on your screenshot, you have the option to change your phone number to your new one. Please, tap on the Set your Android phone (option 1)

Gone to settings then Google accounts they have give me 2 codes igave 15 mins to put them in give me a minute and I'll let you know

OK changed my phone but to make sure it's me they have sent a V code again but don't have a tab to put it in
