I cannot access Disney+ on my firestick

i have access through a firecube in another room. I get error code 83

1) Select Settings on your Firestick
2) Select Applications
3) Go down to 'Manage Installed Applications'
4) Find Disney Plus and press the middle button
5) Go down and select 'Force Stop' press middle button, then select 'Clear data' press
middle button then select Clear cache press middle button

So, you have to select 'Force Stop' (press middle button), then select 'Clear data' (press middle button) then select Clear cache (press middle button)
