I cannot access Disney+ on my firestick

i have access through a firecube in another room. I get error code 83

Short summary:

Step 1: Turn on your Firestick and go to the home screen.

Step 2: Using your Firestick remote, navigate to the top menu and select "Settings."

Step 3: In the settings menu, scroll down and select "Applications."

Step 4: In the applications menu, scroll down and select "Manage Installed Applications."

Step 5: Look for the Disney Plus app in the list of installed applications and highlight it.

Step 6: Press the middle button on your Firestick remote to access the options for the Disney Plus app.

Step 7: Scroll down and select "Force Stop" to close the app.

Step 8: After force-stopping the app, scroll down and select "Clear data" to delete the app's data.

Step 9: Confirm the action by selecting "Clear data" again.

Step 10: Next, select "Clear cache" to remove any cached data related to the Disney Plus app.

Step 11: Confirm the action by selecting "Clear cache" again.

Step 12: Once you have completed these steps, exit the settings menu and go back to the home screen.

Step 13: Launch the Disney Plus app again and try signing in with your account.

  • Select Settings on your Firestick
  • Select Applications
  • Go down to 'Manage Installed Applications'
