Did you try to connect your camera to the computer?

Customer Replay

Yes

What happened next?
Did you try to connect the camera via Wi-fi?

Customer Replay

I selected the photos and tried to send them. No luck. I then manually selected the photos to be sent and the computer said they were sent but I cannot locate the photos anywhere in the computer.

Got it
Please, try to find there: on the C drive in `Users' > 'XXXXX' > 'My Pictures' or 'Pictures'

This is why I absolutely hate chatting. I do not want to sign off, do what you request and then try to contact you again. I want to talk to someone while I am on the computer. I can explain myself better and understand what the other party is saying better. Is there not someone I can speak to on the phone?
