From the Start Menu, go to Settings, and then click Devices. On the Devices screen, you should see the option to Add Bluetooth or another device. Once you click it, you should be presented with a list of all Bluetooth-enabled devices available. Now, go back to your wireless mouse and make sure the power is turned on.
