In that case, go to Home Screen. Touch and hold the app on the Home Screen, tap Remove App, and tap Delete App to delete it from iPhone.
Let me know when you are done.

Now go to App Store again, find your app and install it as a new one.
After that open, it, log in to your account and try use your payment method again.
