None I just want to cancel the subscription I have been charged 1295 twice this month

Please, to cancel your subscription with Family Locator, try to do the following:

  1. Go to the Play Store on your device.
  2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
  3. Find GeoZilla subscription there and disable auto-renew.

Follow these steps, please:

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions.

And tell me if you see the Family Locator subscription

  3. Follow the instructions.
