Not much experience with all of this. I went into the HP and it said nothing was wrong. The paper comes out clean when I try to print

No. I know that is what my son always says but keep forgetting about it. A couple days ago we had to re enter the wifi password

I am back on after shutting down the PC

No, I'm just back - will now do it. I've also just shut the printer down and will try it again
