Our HP printer won't print it said to contact you Instant Ink Problem Our ink are full and new

Not much experience with all of this. I went into the HP and it said nothing was wrong. The paper comes out clean when I try to print

No. I know that is what my son always says but keep forgetting about it. A couple days ago we had to re enter the wifi password
