As I examined a screenshot, you are signed in to your Zoom account, as you see your profile's information. You can try to change a password. Just click on the button Edit on your right near the password field. And make sure to save it to your Keychain.

It says my old password is required, And I don't remember my old one. It was very complicated, as it was set up by keychain. When I used the one stored on keychain it kept saying it was incorrect.
