printer warms up like it is going to print then starts to shut shut down and drum light turns on it did this before and I bought new drum at Staples
Could you try to pull the drum out and put it back it one more time?

it still doors not work
Please follow these steps to power cycle your printer:
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait at least 1 minute.
3. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
4. Reconnect the power cord to the printer. Turn the printer on.

still would not print
The Drum LED continues to blink if the drum counter was not reset when you replaced the drum. To reset the drum follow the instructions below:
1. Press the cover release button and then open the front cover of the printer.
2. Press and hold down Go button until all 4 LEDs are lit. Once all 4 LEDs are lit, release the Go button.
3. Close the front cover.
4. Make sure that the Drum LED is now off.

2. Remove the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly from the machine
3. Clean the corona wire inside the drum unit by gently sliding the green tab from left to right and right to left several times.
4. Install the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly back into the machine.
5. Close the front cover of the machine.

I have ran corona wire before but this time I removed toner cartridge as you directed, results were printer did not run thru sequences as I indicated before noise wise but started to then stopped after 7 or 8 seconds then stopped

5. Install the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly back into the machine. Do not close the top cover yet. Press Power button (Power On/Off). Do not close the top cover yet.
