Forget to cancel the order

 I was on a website and had something in my cart. I was trying to pay for it with paypal and it timed out. I realized it was coming from China and would arrive too late. I left that website and ordered it from another site. I was not able to cancel the order, I didn't think the order went through because it had timed out.
