Cannot get logged in to Paramount +

I turned iPad off. After I deleted app. Then restarted iPad and reloaded app.

Tried to copy and paste screenshot, did not work.
My Norton 360 is not allowing me to turn it off.
Ok. The Norton 360 had locked the VPN on. I went into the Norton app and turned it off, then turned off under general.
