How do I unblock a number on our handheld Panasonic model number KX-TGDA51
To erase a number from your blocked calls list;
Press [MENU] [#] [2] [1] [7]
Press the [▲] or the [▼] button to select the telephone number that you want to erase.
Press [ERASE]
Press the [▲] or the [▼] button to select [YES]
Press [SELECT]
Press [OFF]

The number is not in the telephone phonebook. Must I enter it in the phonebook to unblock it?

Press the arrow up ▲Up Arrow or down ▼Down Arrow button to select "Block a single number".
Press [SELECT].
Press the arrow up ▲Up Arrow or down ▼Down Arrow button to select the telephone entry that you want to erase.
Press [ERASE].
Press the arrow up ▲Up Arrow or down ▼Down Arrow button to select [YES].
Press [SELECT].
Press [OFF].
And then please try the following:

Also does Panasonic have available a user manual that could provide answers for such issues as this and others I may encounter. The 16 page Operating guide is very basic and does not tell how to use the menu to trouble shoot and really use the all that the phone provides.
In regards to manual
You know, everywhere is also only 16 pages pdf manual available for downloading.

Yes, that's the one I downloaded. Thank you for checking! So appreciate your help and expertise. It would be great help to customers if Panasonic provided a more complete handbook.
