Accidentally blocked a number on our handheld Panasonic phone KX-TGDA51

How do I unblock the number?

Short summary:

To erase a single number - from the handset
Press the [CALLBLOCK] button.
Press the arrow up ▲Up Arrow or down ▼Down Arrow button to select "Block a single number".
Press [SELECT].
Press the arrow up ▲Up Arrow or down ▼Down Arrow button to select the telephone entry that you want to erase.
Press [ERASE].
Press the arrow up ▲Up Arrow or down ▼Down Arrow button to select [YES].
Press [SELECT].
Press [OFF].

To erase a number from your blocked calls list:

Press [MENU] [#] [2] [1] [7]
Press the [▲] or the [▼] button to select the telephone number that you want to erase.
Press [ERASE]
Press the [▲] or the [▼] button to select [YES]
Press [SELECT]
Press [OFF]

The number is not in the telephone phonebook. Must I enter it in the phonebook to unblock it?

Also does Panasonic have available a user manual that could provide answers for such issues as this and others I may encounter. The 16 page Operating guide is very basic and does not tell how to use the menu to trouble shoot and really use the all that the phone provides.
